  • Fit hinge caps to all gates to prevent them being removed.
  • For gates without locks, fit a British or European standard padlock and chain.
  • Install motion-activated lighting at all access points, paths and driveways.
  • Low level dusk to dawn lighting. 
  • Laying gravel on paths and drives will provide an early warning of unwanted visitors.
  • Install security bollards to secute your property from thieves and unwelcome intruders.
  • For the more sophisticated system, consider Electronic Number Plate Recognition linked to an access control system.
